John Webb puts Alex in his backup car for the USLMA show at Sandia Motorsports Park.

After missing qualifying and the heat races due to mechanical difficulties Alex started the 75 lap main event at the rear of the field in his borrowed number 7 car. With a very cool charge to the front Alex made the pass for second with 2 laps remaining. At the checkered flag Alex finishes second to John Webb. RaceTalkRadio with Sledge Larsen

Sandia - Alex led 12 laps before being caught up in an accident -- DNF

Due to this being his first USLMA start Alex was asked to start in the back of the field.

20 cars began the evening and when the 75 lap Main event was complete Alex had worked his way to a TOP TEN finish.
